A welcoming space

I want people to be able to find information about counselling without unnecessary difficulty. I have tried to keep the language clear, the layout calm and the pages easy to read on a phone or computer.

Using this website

You should be able to enlarge text using your browser, move through the page using a keyboard and find contact details without having to use the form. Some parts of the website, including the security check on the form, are provided by other services.

If something is difficult

If you have trouble reading, navigating or using any part of this website, I would welcome hearing from you. Please tell me what you were trying to do and what would make it easier. I will do my best to find a practical way to help.
